The Fresno State Bulldogs (9-4) took on the Miami (OH) RedHawks on Saturday afternoon in the Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl from Arizona Stadium in Tucson, Arizona. It was all field goals in the first half as Miami (OH) kicker Dom Dzioban made a 33-yard field goal and Fresno kicker Dylan Lynch made three field goals as the Bulldogs led the RedHawks 9-3 at halftime.
Miami (OH) did not score in the second half. In the fourth quarter, Fresno State quarterback E.J. Warner threw a two-yard touchdown pass to Richie Anderson III for a 15-3 lead. Fresno State kicker Dylan Lynch put the game away with a 37-yard field goal. The Bulldogs defeated the RedHawks 18-3.
Fresno State’s offense had 214 yards (391 yards passing, 177 yards rushing), 18 first downs, and the team was penalized eight times for 70 yards. Quarterback E.J. Warner completed 16 of 23 passes (69.6%) for 214 yards, one touchdown, and seven carries for 23 yards.
