The Ole Miss Rebels (12-1) hosted the Tulane Green Wave (11-3) on Saturday from Vaught-Hemingway Stadium in Oxford, Mississippi. Ole Miss scored 14 points to start the game and led 17-3 at halftime. They shut Tulane’s offense out of the third quarter, while scoring 24 more points on their way to a 41-10 win. They will play Georgia in the Allstate Sugar Bowl on Thursday, January 1, 2026, at 8 pm on ESPN.
Ole Miss had 497 yards on offense (346 yards passing, 151 yards rushing), 30 first downs, and the team was penalized one time for five yards. Quarterback Trinidad Chambliss completed 23 of 29 passes (79.3%) for 282 yards, one touchdown, six carries for 36 yards, and two rushing touchdowns.
Running back Kewan Lacy had 15 carries for 87 yards, one rushing touchdown, and one catch for seven yards, while Logan Diggs had four carries for 11 yards, one rushing touchdown, and two catches for 25 yards.
Wide receiver Deuce Alexander made seven catches for 87 yards, while De’Zhaun Stribling made five catches for 79 yards and one touchdown. Kicker Lucas Carneiro made 2 of 2 field goals (100%) with a long of 48 yards, and five extra points. The defense made 62 tackles, eight tackles for loss, two sacks, six pass breakups, one interception, and two fumble recoveries.
Tulane’s offense had 421 yards (306 yards passing, 115 yards rushing), 20 first downs, and the team was penalized three times for 38 yards. Quarterback Jake Retzlaff completed 20 of 35 passes (57.1%) for 306 yards, one touchdown, one interception, and 11 carries for 24 yards.
