The Washington Huskies (9-4) took on the Boise State Broncos (9-5) on Saturday night from SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, in the Bucked Up LA Bowl. Washington’s offense had 355 yards (227 yards passing, 128 yards rushing), 17 first downs, and the team was penalized nine times for 70 yards as the Huskies routed the Broncos 38-10 to win the Bucked Up LA Bowl.
Quarterback Demond Williams Jr. completed 15 of 24 passes (62.5%) for 214 yards, four touchdowns, and 12 carries for 16 yards. Running back Jonah Coleman had 12 carries for 86 yards, one touchdown, and one catch for 10 yards.
Wide receiver Denzel Boston made six catches for 125 yards, one touchdown, while Quentin Moore made one catch for 32 yards, and one touchdown, Dezmen Roebuck made one catch for six yards, and one touchdown, and Raiden Vines-Bright made one catch for three yards, and one touchdown. Boise State’s offense had 311 yards (253 yards passing, 58 yards rushing), 16 first downs, and the team was penalized six times for 30 yards. Quarterback Max Cutforth completed 15 of 27 passes (55%) for 202 yards, one touchdown, three interceptions, and two carries for -11 yards.
Running back Dylan Riley had 11 carries for 34 yards. Wide receiver Chris Marshall made five catches for 97 yards, while Matt Lauter made five catches for 37 yards and one touchdown. The defense made 55 tackles, seven tackles for loss, five sacks, and three pass breakups.
