The B.C. Lions signed defensive backs Adonis Alexander, Joe Foucha, Bruce Harmon, and Alex Teubner on Wednesday. These players signed with the Lions earlier this year.
Adonis Alexander is six foot three and weighs 190 pounds. The 28-year-old from Charlotte, North Carolina, signed with the B.C. Lions on November 5, 2025.
The Washington Redskins drafted Alexander in the sixth round of the 2018 NFL Supplemental Draft. He played nine games for the Redskins with 27 tackles (23 solos, 4 assists), one sack, and one interception. After Washington, he had stints with the Los Angeles Rams, San Francisco 49ers, and New Orleans Saints.
The New Orleans Breakers drafted Alexander in the eighth round (65th pick) of the 2022 USFL Draft. In 2022, Alexander made 35 tackles (22 solos, 13 assists), two interceptions, one fumble recovery, and four pass breakups in nine games for the Breakers.
In 2023, Alexander made 19 tackles (15 solos, 4 assists), two fumble recoveries, and six pass breakups in nine games. In the playoffs against Birmingham, Alexander made three tackles (2 solo, 1 assist).
The Michigan Panthers drafted Alexander in the 2024 UFL Dispersal Draft. In 2024, Alexander made 8 tackles (5 solos, 3 assists), one interception, and four pass breakups in 9 games. In the 2024 UFL Playoffs, Alexander made one tackle (1 solo) and one interception against the Birmingham Stallions in the USFL Conference Championship Game.
In 2025, Alexander made 21 tackles (17 solos, 4 assists), one tackle for loss, one pass breakup, and one fumble recovery in nine games. In the playoffs, he made three tackles (3 solos) and one forced fumble against the Birmingham Stallions.
Collegiately, Alexander played three seasons at Virginia Tech (2015-17) with 125 tackles (91 solos, 34 assists), 4.5 tackles for loss, one sack, seven interceptions, 17 pass breakups, and one forced fumble in 32 games for the Hokies. He was named All-ACC Honorable Mention in 2016.
Joe Foucha is five foot eleven and weighs 200 pounds. The 26-year-old from New Orleans, Louisiana, signed a future contract with the B.C. Lions on August 21, 2025.
Foucha re-signed with the Bay Area Panthers of the Indoor Football League on November 14, 2024. In 2025, he was named the IFL Defensive Player of the Year after making 54 tackles (37 solos, 17 assists), one tackle for loss, seven interceptions for 84 yards, one touchdown, 21 pass breakups, and six kick returns for 39 yards in 13 games, helping them reach the Western Conference First Round playoffs against the Vegas Knight Hawks. Foucha was also named First Team All-IFL.
Foucha attended the Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills rookie minicamps in 2023. He signed with the Bay Area Panthers on December 19, 2023. In 2024, he made 67 tackles (43 solos, 24 assists), 4.5 tackles for loss, seven interceptions for 31 yards, 16 pass breakups, and one fumble recovery in 17 games. He was named Second Team All-IFL and the All-IFL Rookie Team.
Collegiately, Foucha played four seasons at Arkansas (2018-21) with 233 tackles (102 solos, 131 assists), 12 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, four interceptions for 46 yards, 12 pass breakups, two forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries in 44 games for the Razorbacks.
In 2020, he was named the SEC Co-Defensive Player of the Week against Mississippi State after making two tackles (2 assists), a half tackle for loss, and two interceptions.
Bruce Harmon Jr. is six foot and weighs 200 pounds. The 25-year-old from Rockwell, Texas, signed with the B.C. Lions on November 12, 2025.
The Dallas Cowboys signed Harmon Jr. as an undrafted free agent on May 2, 2025. In 2025, Harmon Jr. made three tackles (1 solo, 2 assists) in two preseason games. He was placed on injured reserve and was released on August 21, 2025.
Collegiately, Harmon Jr. spent six seasons at Stephen F. Austin University (2019-24) with 103 tackles (71 solos, 32 assists), four tackles for loss, eight interceptions for 77 yards, 37 pass breakups, one fumble recovery, two blocked kicks, and one punt return for 23 yards in 55 games for the Lumberjacks.
In 2021, he had a career-high 27 tackles (23 solos, 4 assists), 1.5 tackles for loss, two interceptions, eight pass breakups, one blocked kick, and one punt return for 23 yards in 12 games.
Alexander Teubner is six foot one and weighs 200 pounds. A native of Seaside, Oregon, attended the Baltimore Ravens rookie minicamp in 2025. The B.C. Lions signed Teubner on November 21, 2025.
Collegiately, Teubner spent six seasons at Boise State (2019-24) with 197 tackles (118 solos, 79 assists), 8.5 tackles for loss, two sacks, 10 passes defended, three forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, and one punt return for 18 yards in 54 games for the Broncos.
In 2023, he had a career-high 85 tackles (50 solos, 35 assists), 2.5 tackles for loss, one interception, six passes defended, and one fumble recovery in 13 games. Teubner was named the Mountain West Championship Defensive MVP after making 10 tackles (4 solos, 6 assists), one tackle for loss, and one fumble recovery against UNLV. He was also a two-time All-Mountain West Honorable Mention, a Campbell Trophy Semifinalist in 2024.
In addition, Teubner was named a five-time Academic All-Mountain West and Mountain West Scholar-Athlete, three-time College Sports Communicators Academic All-District, and a two-time National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society.
