The B.C. Lions re-signed offensive lineman Connor Klassen, linebacker Chase Tataryn, and long snapper Cameron Foran on Wednesday according to the CFL Transactions page.

Connor Klassen is six foot three and weighs 311 pounds. The 24-year-old from Big River, Saskatchewan, was drafted by the B.C. Lions in the fourth round (37th pick) of the 2025 CFL Draft. He suffered an injury during training camp, and the Lions released Klassen on May 21, 2025.

Klassen played three seasons with the Regina Thunder (CJFL), helping them win a Prairie Football Conference championship in 2022. Klassen was named the PFC’s Outstanding Lineman and a First-Team All-Canadian with the Thunder in 2022. He also earned PFC all-star recognition two times (2021-22).

Collegiately, Klassen spent three seasons at the University of Regina (2023-25), playing right tackle in 16 games for the Rams. He missed the 2025 season due to injury. In 2024, Regina averaged 19.82 points per game, 131.8 rushing yards per game, 234.55 passing yards per game, 355.6 total yards per game, 21 touchdowns, and allowed seven sacks, finishing 5-6 for the season. He was named a two-time Academic All-Canadian.

Chase Tataryn is five foot ten and weighs 212 pounds. The 22-year-old from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, was drafted by the B.C. Lions in the sixth round (50th pick) of the 2025 CFL Draft. In 2025, he made one tackle and one tackle on special teams in one preseason game against the Calgary Stampeders. The Lions released him on May 29, 2025, and returned to Alberta for his final collegiate season.

Collegiately, Tataryn played five seasons at the University of Alberta (2021-24) with 232 tackles (164 solos, 68 assists), 20.5 tackles for loss, 9.5 sacks, two interceptions, five passes defended, two forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries in 41 games for the Golden Bears.

Cameron Foran is six foot one and weighs 229 pounds. The 21-year-old from Port Williams, Nova Scotia, went undrafted in the 2025 CFL Draft. The B.C. Lions signed Foran on May 1, 2025. In 2025, Foran appeared in two preseason games. He spent over a month on the practice squad. The Lions released him on July 17, 2025.

The Lions re-signed Foran on September 24, 2025. He played one game against the Toronto Argonauts. The Lions released him again on October 7, 2025.

Collegiately, Foran played four seasons at Acadia University (2021-24), playing 27 games with nine tackles (6 solos, 3 assists). In 2024, Acadia kicker Nick Swain made 7 of 9 field goals (78%) with a long of 43 yards, and 10 extra points, punting the ball 66 times for 2,131 yards (32.3 AVG), with a long of 51 yards, and seven from inside the 20-yard line, while Joseph Stadnyk punted the ball one time for 29 yards.
