The Rutgers Scarlet Knights (5-5, 2-5) hosted the Maryland Terrapins (4-5, 1-5) from SHI Stadium on Saturday. Rutgers’s offense had 485 yards (229 yards passing, 256 yards rushing), 25 first downs, and the team was penalized one five for five yards in a 35-20 win over Maryland.

Quarterback Athan Kaliakmanis completed 13 of 20 passes (65%) for 229 yards, four touchdowns, two interceptions, and four carries for 12 yards. Running back Antwan Raymond had 41 carries for 240 yards and one rushing touchdown.

Wide receiver Ian Strong made five catches for 88 yards and three touchdowns, while D.T. Sheffield made four catches for 56 yards and one touchdown.

The defense allowed 403 yards (98 yards passing, 305 yards rushing), 14 first downs, with 55 tackles, three tackles for loss, one interception, and five pass breakups. Rutgers is off next week. They will visit Ohio State on Saturday, November 22, 2025. Time to be determined.
