The Montreal Alouettes and fullback David Dallaire agreed to a three-year contract extension through the 2028 season on Monday.
David Dallaire is six foot three and weighs 217 pounds. The 26-year-old from Saint-Georges, Quebec, had one carry for two yards, 13 catches for 105 yards, one touchdown, and three tackles on special teams in 16 games in 2025.
The Montreal Alouettes drafted Dallaire in the second round (13th pick) in the 2023 CFL Draft. In 2023, he had one carry for three yards, one catch for 17 yards, and five tackles on special teams in 18 games when the Alouettes beat the Blue Bombers in the 110th Grey Cup.
In 2024, he had one carry for five yards, 10 catches for 79 yards, one touchdown, and nine tackles on special teams in 18 games.
Collegiately, Dallaire played two seasons at the University of Laval (2021-22) with four carries for ten yards, two touchdowns, eight catches for 91 yards, one touchdown, and three tackles in eight games for the Rouge Et Or. He is a two-time RSEQ all-star.
