
The Birmingham Stallions re-signed defensive back Tre Norwood on Monday according to the UFL Transactions page.
Tre Norwood is six foot and weighs 194 pounds. The 26-year-old from Fort Smith, Arkansas, signed with the Birmingham Stallions on August 16, 2024. In 2025, he made 34 tackles (21 solos, 17 assists), two tackles for loss, two interceptions for 126 yards, two touchdowns, two fumble recoveries, and four pass breakups in 10 games. In the playoffs, he made five tackles (5 solos).
The Pittsburgh Steelers drafted Norwood in the seventh round (245th pick) in the 2021 NFL Draft. He also had stints with the San Francisco 49ers and Buffalo Bills. He played two seasons in Pittsburgh making 61 tackles (49 solo, 12 assists), four tackles for loss, four pass breakups, and one interception in 32 games.
Collegiately, Norwood played four seasons at Oklahoma (2017-20) with 111 tackles (74 solos, 37 assists), two tackles for loss, one sack, 6 interceptions for 103 yards, one touchdown, and 21 pass breakups in 39 games for the Sooners.
