The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series visited Charlotte Motor Speedway Roval on Friday afternoon in the EcoSave 250. Corey Heim started the race on the pole, with Layne Riggs starting second.
Corey Heim was involved in a crash on the fourth lap when Grant Enfinger made contact with Layne Riggs, who then spun and made contact with Heim. Both drivers went to pit road, and Heim had a lot of tape put on his truck. Despite this, it did not stop him.
He marched back to the front and led a total of six laps, including the final five laps, to win his tenth race of the season by 1.338 seconds over Brent Crews. The win sets the single-season record for wins in the Craftsman Truck Series, breaking Greg Biffle’s nine-win season.
Gio Ruggiero, Rajah Caruth, and Connor Zilisch rounded out the top five. Josh Bilicki, Grant Enfinger, Ty Majeski, Tyler Ankrum, and Connor Mosack completed the top ten.
There were four cautions for 12 laps, and eight lead changes among four drivers. Brent Crews led a race-high 56 laps, and Kaden Honeycutt, who finished in 14th place, swept the stages.
The Truck Series heads to Talladega Superspeedway on Friday, October 17, 2025, at 4 pm on FS1.
