
The Arlington Renegades re-signed tight end Seth Green and defensive tackle LaRon Stokes on Friday according to James Larsen.
Seth Green is six foot three and weighs 242 pounds. The 27-year-old from Woodbury, Minnesota, re-signed with the Arlington Renegades on September 30, 2024. In 2025, he made 13 catches for 150 yards (15 yards per game), one touchdown, and two carries for two yards in 10 games. The Renegades released him on June 18, 2025.
The New Orleans Saints signed Green on June 20, 2025. He made two catches for 11 yards in two preseason games. The Saints released him on August 25, 2025.
The Houston Texans signed Green as an undrafted free agent on May 13, 2022. He made four catches for 40 yards in three preseason games. The Texans released him on August 30, 2022. Next, Green signed with the Dallas Cowboys on October 11, 2022, and spent the rest of the season on the practice squad.
In 2023, he made one catch for eight yards in three preseason games. The Cowboys released him on August 29, 2023. Then, Green signed with the Houston Roughnecks (XFL) on December 13, 2023. However, the Roughnecks were not included in the XFL and USFL merger forming the United Football League, and the name was transferred to the Houston Gamblers as part of their rebrand.
The Arlington Renegades drafted Green in the 2024 UFL Dispersal Draft. In 2024, Green made 11 catches for 86 yards and one touchdown in 10 games.
Collegiately, Green played four seasons at Minnesota (2017-20), making six catches for 83 yards, 114 carries for 388 yards, 15 touchdowns, and completing 6 of 7 passes (86%) for 57 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception in 33 games for the Golden Gophers. He was named an Academic All-Big Ten in 2020.
Then, Green transferred to Houston in 2021, making 13 catches for 157 yards, three touchdowns, one kick return for one yard, and throwing one interception in 14 games for the Cougars.
LaRon Stokes is six foot four and weighs 278 pounds. The 27-year-old from Tulsa, Oklahoma, re-signed with the Renegades on September 30, 2024. In 2025, Stokes made six tackles (3 solos, 3 assists) in 10 games.
Stokes signed with the Arizona Cardinals as an undrafted free agent on May 13, 2022. The Cardinals released him on May 17, 2022. Next, Stokes was drafted by the Vegas Vipers (XFL) in the ninth round (65th pick) of the 2023 XFL Draft. In 2023, Stokes made 32 tackles (14 solos, 18 assists), nine tackles for loss, and two sacks in 10 games.
The Arlington Renegades drafted Stokes in the 2024 UFL Dispersal Draft. In 2024, Stokes made 28 tackles (12 solos, 16 assists), three tackles for loss, one sack, and one pass breakup in nine games.
Collegiately, Stokes played two seasons at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M (2017-18) with 112 tackles (55 solos, 57 assists), 13 tackles for loss, 7.5 sacks, one pass breakup, and two forced fumbles in 23 games for the Norsemen.
Then, Stokes transferred to Oklahoma (2019-21) with 35 tackles (14 solos, 21 assists), 8.5 tackles for loss, half a sack, and one pass breakup in 32 games for the Sooners.
