
The B.C. Lions released offensive lineman Ilm Manning, defensive lineman Celestin Haba, and defensive back Cameron Stone from the practice squad on Wednesday.
Ilm Manning is six foot two and weighs 294 pounds. The 26-year-old from Glendale, Arizona, signed with the B.C. Lions on May 21, 2025. In 2025, Manning played guard in five games.
The San Francisco 49ers signed Manning as an undrafted free agent on May 12, 2023. In 2023, he appeared in three preseason games. The 49ers released him on August 29, 2023. The Arizona Cardinals acquired Manning off waivers from the 49ers on August 30, 2023.
The Cardinals released him on October 2, 2023, and he re-signed with San Francisco on October 4, 2023. Later in the season, the Carolina Panthers signed Manning off of San Francisco’s practice squad on December 28, 2023. The Panthers released him on June 5, 2024.
The Seattle Seahawks signed Manning on July 24, 2024. In 2024, he played two preseason games, and the Seahawks released him on August 27, 2024. The Birmingham Stallions signed Manning on December 3, 2024. They released him on March 10, 2025.
Collegiately, Manning played five seasons at Hawaii (2018-22), playing left tackle in 62 games for the Rainbow Warriors. In 2022, Hawaii’s offense averaged 19.77 points per game, 137.2 rushing yards per game, 205.54 passing yards per game, 342.8 total yards per game, and 30 touchdowns.
Celestin Haba is six foot two and weighs 250 pounds. The 26-year-old from Columbia, South Carolina, signed with the Toronto Argonauts on February 11, 2025. In 2025, Haba made one tackle in two preseason games. In the regular season, Haba made three tackles, one sack, and one forced fumble in three games. The Argonauts released him on August 6, 2025. The B.C. Lions signed Haba to the practice squad on August 11, 2025.
The Winnipeg Blue Bombers signed Haba on May 30, 2023. In 2023, Haba made 12 tackles, four sacks, and one forced fumble in eight games. In 2024, he made six tackles, one sack, and one forced fumble in 10 games. He missed most of the season with a knee injury.
Collegiately, Haba played one season at Scottsdale Community College in 2018 with 81 tackles (54 solos, 27 assists), 27.5 tackles for loss, 17.5 sacks, three forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and 11 pass breakups in ten games for the Artichokes. In 2019, he transferred to Western Kentucky but did not record any stats.
Then, Haba transferred to Texas A&M-Commerce (2021-22) with 39 tackles (15 solos, 24 assists), 13 tackles for loss, 8.5 sacks, one interception for 41 yards, one touchdown, two pass breakups, two forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries in 16 games for the Lions. He was named First Team All-Southland Conference in 2022.
Cameron Stone is five foot ten and weighs 180 pounds. The 24-year-old from San Antonio, Texas, attended the Seattle Seahawks rookie minicamp in 2025. The B.C. Lions signed Stone to the practice squad on July 9, 2025.
Collegiately, Stone played three seasons at Wyoming (2020-22) with 45 tackles (32 solos, 13 assists), one tackle for loss, two interceptions for 38 yards, one touchdown, 10 pass breakups, one forced fumble, 12 kick returns for 354 yards, one touchdown, and one punt return for one yard in 28 games for the Cowboys. He was an All-MWC Honorable Mention by PFF in 2021.
Then, he transferred to Hawaii (2023-24) with 62 tackles (44 solos, 18 assists), 4.5 tackles for loss, three interceptions for 21 yards, 17 pass breakups, one forced fumble, one blocked punt, one punt return for 14 yards, and 16 kick returns for 331 yards in 23 games for the Rainbow Warriors.
