The Vienna Vikings took on the Nordic Storm on Saturday from Hohe-Warte-Stadion for the right to play in next week’s championship game.

When it was said and done, the Vikings took down the Storm 28-20. They will play either the Stuttgart Surge or the Munich Ravens in the ELF Championship Game.

Vienna quarterback Ben Holmes completed 24 of 33 passes (72%) for 260 yards, three touchdowns, and five carries for 16 yards. Karri Pajarinen had 20 carries for 92 yards, one rushing touchdown, and six catches for 63 yards, while Yannick Mayr made four catches for 70 yards, and two touchdowns.

Nordic quarterback Jadrian Clark completed 27 of 46 passes (58.6%) for 316 yards, three touchdowns, two interceptions, and one carry for seven yards. Simon Foens made six catches for 81 yards and two touchdowns, while Brendan Beaulieu made six catches for 100 yards and one touchdown.
