Report: Houston Roughnecks re-sign defensive back Armani Marsh

The Houston Roughnecks re-signed defensive back Armani March for the 2026 season on Friday according to Pro Football Newsroom reporter James Larsen.

Armani Marsh is five foot nine and weighs 182 pounds. The 26-year-old from Spokane, Washington, signed with the Houston Roughnecks on August 21, 2024. In 2025, he made 19 tackles (13 solos, 6 assists), two tackles for loss, one sack, two pass breakups, two forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries in four games.

The Tennessee Titans signed Marsh as an undrafted free agent on May 15, 2023. He played three preseason games making 10 tackles (3 solos, 7 assists) earning a spot on the practice squad. The Titans released Marsh on October 9, 2023.

Collegiately, Marsh played five seasons at Washington State (2018-22) making 184 tackles (127 solos, 57 assists), 10 tackles for loss, two sacks, four interceptions for 47 yards, one touchdown, 17 pass breakups, and two forced fumbles in 46 games for the Cougars. He was named a two-time All-PAC 12 Honorable Mention.
