The NTT IndyCar Series held qualifying at Iowa Speedway for two races on Saturday afternoon to set the field for Saturday’s Synk 275 Powered by Sukup and Sunday’s Farm to Finish 275 Powered by Sukup.
Josef Newgarden won the pole for Saturday’s race with a lap time of 17.4914 seconds at 183.999 mph. It was Newgarden’s first pole of the season and the 19th of his career. Starting second is Conor Daly with a lap time of 17.5185 mph at 183.714.
The Synk 275 Powered by Sukup gets underway today at 5 pm on Fox.

Alex Palou won the pole for Sunday’s race with a lap time of 17.4900 seconds at 184.014 mph. It was Palou’s fourth pole of the season and the tenth of his career. Joining him on the front row is Felix Rosenqvist with a lap time of 17.4937 seconds at 183.975 mph.
The Farm to Finish 275 Powered by Sukup gets underway on Sunday at 1 pm on Fox.
