The Repco Supercars Championship visited Reid Park in Townsville, Queensland, to kick off the NTI Townsville 500 weekend with Race 20 of the 2025 season. Brodie Kostecki started the race on the pole, with Cameron Waters starting second.

Before that, Will Brown also made contact with Cameron at Turn 3.

Ryan Wood was the first driver to make a pit stop. Brodie Kostecki was brought in with 12 laps to go. Kostecki got the lead back with ten laps to go. He led all but two laps to win his first race of the season by 4.3158 seconds over Cam Waters.

It was also his first win with Ford and Dick Johnson Racing’s first win since the 2023 Townsville 500, which was won by Anton De Pasquale. Anton De Pasquale, Matthew Payne, and Bryce Fullwood rounded out the top five. Chaz Mostert, Will Davison, Broc Feeney, Jack Le Brocq, and Will Brown round out the top ten.
