The NTT IndyCar Series held qualifying at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course on Saturday afternoon to set the field for Sunday’s Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio in Lexington, Ohio.
Alex Palou won his third pole of the season with a lap time of 1:05.0215 at 125.017 mph. It was Palou’s ninth career IndyCar pole. Christian Lundgaard of Arrow McLaren is starting second with a lap of 1:05.2126 at 124.651 mph.
The Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio race gets underway on Sunday at 1 pm on FOX.
