The Hamilton Tiger-Cats released defensive back Siriman-Harrison Bagayogo on Tuesday.

Siriman-Harrison Bagayogo is six foot three and weighs 195 pounds. The 27-year-old from Bois-des-Filion, Quebec, made one tackle and one tackle on special teams in two preseason games. He did not appear in any regular season games due to a hamstring injury.

The B.C. Lions drafted Bagayogo in the second round (14th pick) in the 2023 CFL Draft. In 2023, Bagayogo made six tackles and three tackles on special teams in 15 games. In 2024, Bagayogo appeared in two preseason games for the Lions but recorded no stats and was released on June 2, 2024. The Hamilton Tiger-Cats signed Bagayogo on June 11, 2024. He made one tackle and eight tackles on special teams in 13 games.

Collegiately, Bagayogo played three seasons at the University of Guelph (2019, 2021-22) making 49 tackles (40 solos, 18 assists), one forced fumble, two interceptions for 29 yards, one touchdown, four pass breakups, and one blocked kick in 22 games for the Gryphons.

In his final season, Bagayogo made 13.5 tackles (11 solos, 5 assists), one forced fumble, two interceptions for 29 yards, one touchdown, four pass breakups, and one blocked kick in eight games. He is a two-time U SPORTS First Team All-Canadian and a two-time OUA First Team All-Star.
