The European League of Football kicked off Week 6 on Saturday with three games. The Raiders Tirol visited the Helvetic Mercenaries, Nordic Storm hosted the Wroclaw Panthers, and the Rhein Fire visited the Vienna Vikings.
Raiders Tirol 44, Helvetic Mercenaries 12
Tirol quarterback Adrian Platzgummer completed 7 of 11 passes (63%) for 52 yards, one touchdown, and 10 carries for 14 yards leading the Raiders to a 44-12 win over the Mercenaries. Running back Lukas Haslwanter had 14 carries for 108 yards, and two rushing touchdowns.
Nordic Storm 40, Wroclaw Panthers 19
Nordic quarterback Jadrian Clark completed 30 of 44 passes (68%) for 370 yards, six touchdowns, and one interception leading the Storm to a 40-19 win over the Panthers.
Rhein Fire 33, Vienna Vikings 26
Rhein quarterback Chad Jeffries completed 10 of 14 passes (71.4%) for 174 yards, one touchdown, one interception, eight carries for 26 yards, and one touchdown leading the Fire to a 33-26 win over the Vikings. Vienna quarterback Ben Holmes completed 19 of 37 passes (51.3%) for 296 yards, three touchdowns, and four carries for 37 yards.
