The Birmingham Stallions released long snapper William Mote on Monday according to the UFL Transactions page.

William Mote is six foot two and weighs 230 pounds. A native of Hoover, Alabama, Mote went undrafted in the 2024 NFL Draft. He attended the Kansas City Chiefs rookie minicamp in 2024. The Birmingham Stallions signed Mote on April 28, 2025. In 2025, he played three games.

Collegiately, Mote played four seasons at Georgia (2020-24) playing 52 games for the Bulldogs. He made two tackles (1 solo, 1 assist). Mote was named Second Team All-SEC in 2022. He is a member of two CFP National Championship teams in 2021 and 2022.
