The Michigan Panthers signed quarterback Colby Suits on Wednesday according to the UFL Transactions page.
Colby Suits is six foot four and weighs 240 pounds. A native of Forney, Texas, Suits attended the New York Jets rookie minicamp in 2024.
Collegiately, Suits played four seasons at the University of Louisiana-Monroe (2018-21) completing 172 of 291 passes (59%) for 1,755 yards, 10 touchdowns, nine interceptions, 48 carries for 63 yards, one punt return for -1 yard, and one tackle (1 solo) in 16 games for the Warhawks.
Then, he transferred to Houston Christian University in 2023 completing 158 of 283 passes (56%) for 1,919 yards, 13 touchdowns, 11 interceptions, 59 carries for 162 yards, four touchdowns, and one catch for no yards in 10 games for the Huskies.
