The San Antonio Brahmas released defensive end Caeveon Patton on Tuesday according to the UFL Transactions page.

Caeveon Patton is six foot one and weighs 291 pounds. The 26-year-old from Cuero, Texas, re-signed with the San Antonio Brahmas on August 24, 2024. In 2025, Patton made 17 tackles (3 solos, 14 assists) in six games.

The Indianapolis Colts signed Patton as an undrafted free agent in 2022. The Orlando Guardians drafted Patton in the eighth round (57th pick) of the 2022 XFL Draft. In 2023, Patton made 40 tackles (12 solos, 28 assists), and five tackles for loss in ten games. He earned All-XFL Honors after the season.

Then, Patton signed with the Atlanta Falcons playing three preseason games making two tackles (1 solo, 1 assist). The San Antonio Brahmas signed Patton on January 19, 2024. In 2024, Patton made 16 tackles (3 solo, 13 assists) and 1.5 sacks in 8 games. In the 2024 UFL playoffs, Patton made 6 tackles (4 solo, 2 assists), one tackle for loss, and one sack.

Collegiately, Patton played five seasons at Texas State (2017-21) with 179 tackles (70 solos, 109 assists), 11.5 tackles for loss, 5.5 sacks, six pass breakups, one forced fumble, and three fumble recoveries in 44 games for the Bobcats. He was an All-Sun Belt Conference Honorable Mention in 2019.
