
The NTT IndyCar Series held qualifying on Friday afternoon to set the field for Saturday’s Sonsio Grand Prix at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Road Course.
Chip Ganassi Racing driver Alex Palou won his second consecutive pole with a lap time of 1:09.3417 at 126.625 mph. It was the first since 2023 that he won back-to-back poles. Joining him on the front row is RLL Racing driver Graham Rahal with a lap time of 1:09.7516 at 125.881 mph.
The Sonsio Grand Prix gets underway on Saturday at 4:30 pm on FOX. Purchase tickets for all IndyCar races today at StubHub.
