
The Edmonton Elks signed wide receiver Kearis Jackson on Thursday.
Kearis Jackson is six foot and weighs 200 pounds. The 25-year-old from signed with the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent on May 15, 2023. In 2023, he made two catches for 60 yards, one touchdown, three kick returns for 77 yards, and two punt returns for 24 yards in three preseason games.
He appeared in two regular-season games before suffering an ankle injury and missed the rest of the season. In 2024, Jackson had three kick returns for 111 yards in two preseason games. The Titans released him on August 27, 2024. Next, the New York Giants signed Jackson on October 1, 2024. He spent the season on the practice squad. Then, the Houston Texans signed him on January 24, 2025, and released him on March 17, 2025.
Collegiately, Jackson played four seasons at Georgia (2019-22) making 78 catches for 1,107 yards, four touchdowns, five carries for 48 yards, 35 kick returns for 805 yards, and 42 punt returns for 338 yards in 51 games for the Bulldogs.
Jackson concluded his collegiate career in the 2022 CFP National Championship Game against Alabama, where me made one catch for eight yards. He was named Second Team All-SEC in 2022 and a two-time CFP National Champion (2021-22).
