
The Ottawa Redblacks signed offensive lineman Tristan Fortin on Thursday according to the CFL Transactions page.
Tristan Fortin is six foot four and weighs 300 pounds. A native of Roberval, Quebec, Fortin went undrafted in the 2025 CFL Draft.
Collegiately, Fortin played four seasons at the University of Ottawa (2021-24) playing 26 games for the Gee-Gees. In 2024, Ottawa averaged 25.8 points per game, 149.5 rushing yards per game, 217.9 passing yards per game, 367.4 total yards per game, and 18 touchdowns finishing 4-4 for the season. He was named Second Team OUA All-Star in 2022, and a two-time U-Sports Academic All-Canadian.
