The B.C. Lions drafted kicker/punter Ross Bulger in the first round (4th pick), and kicker Mark McNamee in the second round (13th pick) of the 2025 CFL Global Draft.

Ross Bulger is five foot eleven and weighs 207 pounds. The 23-year-old from Laois, Ireland, Bulger punted the ball 46 times for 2,051 yards (44.6 AVG), and 13 kickoffs for 764 yards (58.8 AVG) with six touchbacks in 12 games for the Tigers. He finished the season 13th in the nation in net punting.

Bulger played two seasons at Idaho State (2023-24) punting the ball 94 times for 4,033 yards (42.9 AVG), with a long of 66 yards, four touchbacks, 24 fair catches, 28 from inside the 20-yard line, 23 from 50-plus yards, 48 kickoffs for 2,655 yards (55.3 AVG), and 32 touchbacks in 23 games for the Tigers.

Before coming to America, Bulger played Gaelic football as a full forward for Club Killeshin and County Laois. Bolger was named to the NFL International Pathway program for 2025.

Mark McNamee is six foot four and weighs 210 pounds. The 25-year-old from Dublin, Ireland, was a goalkeeper for the Gaelic Football for Ballyboden St Edna before heading to the NFL Combine in 2025 as part of the NFL International Pathway program. At the NFL Combine, he made good on all but one field goal attempt.
