The Wroclaw Panthers signed running back Gennadiy Adams on Thursday.

Gennadiy Adams is five foot nine and weighs 194 pounds. The 29-year-old from Phoenix, Arizona, had 110 carries for 797 yards, 12 touchdowns, 19 catches for 251 yards, five touchdowns, and one kick return for nine yards in 15 games for the Potsdam Royals (GFL).

Before Potsdam, Adams signed with the Minnesota Vikings as an undrafted free agent in 2017 and later signed with the Saskatchewan Roughriders. In 2018, Adams signed with the Örebro Black Knights and would later play for the Potsdam Royals in 2019 and Frankfurt Universe in 2020.

In 2021, Adams signed with the Frankfurt Galaxy (ELF) with 28 carries for 92 yards, four catches for 33 yards, and one touchdown in two games helping the Galaxy win the ELF championship. In 2022, Adams played five games for the Galaxy.

Collegiately, Adams played two seasons at Simon Fraser University (2013-14) with 17 carries for 102 yards, and two catches for 13 yards in 16 games for the Red Leafs.

Then, he transferred to Bemidji State (2015-16) with 235 carries for 1,646 yards, 12 touchdowns, 20 carries for 271 yards, and two touchdowns in 23 games for the Beavers. Adams was named First Team All-NSIC in 2016.
