 
On Friday, the Winnipeg Blue Bombers signed quarterback Dru Brown, defensive lineman Cedric Wilcots, and defensive back Mike Hampton.
Dru Brown played two games for the Blue Bombers, completing seven passes for 49 yards and seven carries for 44 yards. He was the backup to Zach Collaros, and the Blue Bombers won the 108th Grey Cup over the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
Before Brown went to the Blue Bombers, he played college football at Hawaii and Oklahoma State. In 2016, he led the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors to defeat Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders in the Hawaii Bowl 52-35. He was named the game’s most valuable player.
Cedric Wilcots was on the Blue Bombers practice squad. In 2020, he played for the Blues of The Spring League. Wilcots had 48 tackles, 19.5 sacks, and four forced fumbles in four seasons at New Mexico State.
Mike Hampton was on the Blue Bombers practice squad. In four seasons at the University of South Florida, Hampton had 107 tackles, 28 passes defended, and two interceptions.
